Charleston International Airport is bracing for increased holiday travel

NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) – With Independence Day approaching, Charleston International Airport is preparing for an increase in passenger traffic.

Airport authorities expect a significant increase in passenger traffic from June 27 to July 7, during which time the airport will implement several initiatives to ensure smooth operations, including having additional staff available to assist travelers and real-time updates on social media during the flight. statuses, parking availability and possible delays.
