Four northern neighborhoods subject to mosquito sprays are now “high” at risk for West Nile virus | Chicago News

The Chicago Public Health Service is preparing to spray pesticides throughout its North Side neighborhood in response to an increase in the number of mosquitoes that test positive for West Nile virus.
The spray, set to start on Wednesday dusk, covers parts of Albany Park, Irving Park, Lincoln Square and the North Center (see map to the right). This is the first spray in the city in 2021.
