LEXINGTON — This week, 200 Moderna vaccines arrive at the Lexington Regional Health Center and are given to frontline staff.

Brenna Bertraf, executive director of marketing and public relations at LRHC, said 200 doses of Moderna vaccine had arrived at the hospital.

She said she would follow the recommendations of the Nebraska and Tou Rivers Public Health Service on who should be vaccinated in Phase 1A of the distribution. This includes nursing staff, respiratory and radiology departments.

“We are very excited to play our role in further protecting the staff, communities, and patients we serve to control the COVID-19 epidemic,” said the pharmacy. Said director Rael Wale.
