Chaos Pennsylvania GOP state senators reject Democrats

The Pennsylvania Senate swearing-in ceremony became a chaotic scene on Tuesday as state GOP senators refused to re-elect the Democratic member who won the election and took control of the procedure when the Democratic lieutenant governor turned against him.
