Actor Canned Starfield Shadow, Says RPG Is “Pretty Awesome”
A new tweet from a voice actor with links to Starfield has been the talk of the RPG gaming community. Supposed star Stephen Ford told a fan that Starfield was “pretty awesome” in response to concerns that the space game was launching in a buggy state. Naturally, fans wonder if Ford has seen or even played Starfield.
Bethesda’s latest massive open-world game, Starfield, was announced in 2018 and has a November release date – just six months away. It’s perhaps a surprise, then, that we haven’t seen more than a few seconds of in-game footage – though we hope to see a significant showing at the Xbox and Bethesda showcase next month.
However, one person who seems to have seen Starfield in action is actor Stephen Ford. Now Ford – who is known for TV series such as Teen Wolf and Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight – has been teasing Starfield and his role for a little while now, and it even seems like his face is on the game poster.
His latest tease received a comment suggesting that people were too excited for Starfield and that it would be a bug-filled mess because it would be a Bethesda game. Ford replied, quite simply, “no, that’s pretty awesome.” No “looks” in there, suggesting he actually played it, though it’s probably more likely that he saw what Bethesda has planned for his show next month – especially if he potentially does. the voice and maybe capture some work for it.

It’s not his first tease about Starfield either, as last month he posted it alongside the cover art – which appears to show his face in the spacesuit on the left.
