Andhra Pradesh CS examines the provisions for PMS Visit.
Amaravati, April 2: the chief secretary of Andhra Pradesh, K. Vijayanand, held a preliminary examination with officials of the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Amaravati this month for the resumption of construction work of the state capital.
The Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone or inaugurate various other development works.

He advised officials of the departments concerned to start the appropriate work, in particular to flatten an area of more than 50 acres so that the Prime Minister's visit program could take place in the same area where the P-4 program has been recently launched and to take appropriate parking and other arrangements.
The director general of the police, officials of the capital Region Development Authority (CRDA), the district collector of Gunur, the director of the police, the medical and health commissioner, Veera Pandian and others, attended the meeting.
Vijayanand asked officials to prepare a list of officials who had worked actively during the Prime Minister's visit to the state in the past to fully use the services of these officials.

Capital development work is expected to resume Uddandarayunipalem, the place where the foundation stone was laid by Prime Minister Modi on October 22, 2015 when the TDP was in power in the state.
