JD Vance drops the Ohio State Football Title Trophy at Witte Huis

The Ohio State football team visited the White House on April 14 at the Buckeyes'34 -23 National Championship victory over Notre Dame when a remarkable mess took place.

OSU won four consecutive competitions, including the title match of January 20, in the first extended 12-team College Football Playoff, and they brought the resulting trophy to the South Lawn a trophy that vice-president JD Vance dropped when he went to lift it.

Vance, graduated from the state from Ohio, then held up the upper half of the trophy while the team posed for photos.

VANCE, President Donald Trump, Minister of Defense Marco Rubio, Governor of Ohio, Mike Dewine and Lieutenant -Governor Jim Tressel, were all present in Washington DC, with Trump, Vance and Osu coach Ryan Day who all spoke from the stage.

Vance later placed X that he decided to “break” the trophy so that nobody could get him after the state of Ohio.

(The trophy deliberately comes apart and is not passed on from team to team such as the Stanley Cup.)
