I need to condition the reading of Google Sheets – Questions and Answers

Hello. It's my first time here and I really like make.com. Already some basic scenarios are working fine, but he needs help with one scenario in particular. The context is: I have a file in Google Sheets that updates every 30 minutes and contains the following information: Sales made on my website (Column A=Order ID, Column E=Customer Name, Column F=Order Tracking Number). The scenario successfully reads a Google Sheet and uses that data to send a WhatsApp message to the customer with the tracking number and information. A link where you can check the status of your order. This works fine. I set up a Google Sheet to read every 30 minutes. The issue occurs when the scenario reloads the Google Sheets, if it hasn't been updated yet, reads the same information as before and generates the same message again to send to the client. The condition for the scenario is that column A is checked every time the Google Sheet is read and the order ID is not read again if read previously. Please help me on this. Thank you very much.
