U.S. President Donald Trump has been wearing a mask in public since the coronavirus pandemic began. The president visited Washington Reed Military Hospital outside of Washington, where he met wounded soldiers and health aides. “I’ve never been against a mask, but I think they have the time and place,” he said as he left the White House. He has previously said he would not wear a mask and Democratic opponent Joe Biden has ridiculed him for doing so. On Saturday, however, he said: “When you’re in a hospital, especially in that particular environment, I think you’re talking to a lot of soldiers and people.
