Record GCSE pass rate based on teacher assessment results – BBC News
Hundreds of GCSE student enrollment rates in England, Wales and Northern Ireland have been recorded based on teacher assessment. Those who achieved 4th and higher grades in England rose by 9%, 7 and rose by 25% in the top grades. The number of students achieving A + A * in Wales rose by 26% and in Northern Ireland, it rose by 5.7% last year. Meanwhile, half a million BEC students are still waiting to reclassify their grades.
