President Putin has warned Western countries not to cross what he called a “red line” with Russia, and said it would result in an “asymmetrical, swift and harsh” response. Mr. Putin’s comments on the state of his nation were more tense with the West, and opposition supporters jailed Alexei Navalny protested further against Mr. Putin’s rule.
