In unvaccinated individuals, the 90-day event-free follow-up rates per 100 patient-years for all-cause death, heart attack, stroke, emergency coronary revascularization, major cardiovascular events, chest pain, heart failure, and hospitalization for respiratory infection were 4.81 in vaccinated individuals compared with 9.37 in unvaccinated individuals (adjusted hazard ratio[HR]0.01).
