First, I would like to take a moment to thank all of the quality candidates we are fortunate to have here in Summit County. Perhaps, unlike others, I believe that people often run and serve with the best intentions in mind. We may not always agree, but in today's political climate, showing up is a courageous act, and I'm grateful we have people willing to do it.

I am writing in support of Megan McKenna. I got to know Megan through Leadership 28 and over the years that followed. I have been fortunate to witness the passion and leadership she brings to everything she does. Megan taught my son science at Park City High School and greatly impressed him with her passion and love of science. Megan has continued to fight for all of Summit County in her role at Mountainlands and other causes she believes in.

I can speak to the fact that Megan is a kind, caring and dedicated person. She seeks to build consensus while respecting all opinions. As a longtime resident of Summit County, she has witnessed many changes and has the vision to guide us through the change that lies ahead.
