Doctors treating Russian opposition man Alexei Navalny say he is affected by a coma and that his condition, since he was poisoned, has improved. They said it responds to verbal stimuli. Navalny, 44, was taken to Germany after falling ill on a flight to Siberia in August. His group has said it was poisoned by order of Russian President Vladimir Putin because it denies participation. German doctors say Novicho was poisoned with a nerve agent. On Monday, Charité Hospital in Berlin said Navalny was removing mechanical ventilation. “It is responding to verbal stimuli.
