But we are not there yet. Below is a list of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s indoor activities, ranked from safest to least safe based on vaccination status.

Regardless of the safety ranking, the CDC recommends that all activities be performed in masks. It is important to remember that being fully vaccinated means that two weeks have passed after the required vaccination.

Safest activity when fully vaccinated

• Go to a hairdresser or a hairdresser
• Take public transportation (capacity available)
• Visit an uncrowded indoor shopping center or museum
• Participate in small gatherings of fully vaccinated and unvaccinated people from multiple households
