Egyptian actor Maged launches music career – Entertainment – Arts & culture
The Egyptian actor known as Maged posted a new music video titled Ebn El Shaab (Son of the People) on YouTube yesterday.
The song is composed by Maged with lyrics written by the actor as he raps in the music video directed by Mohamed Faisal.
Being only his second song, Maged’s presence in Egyptian rap is relatively new. Her debut song Chelsea, which recorded nearly a million views on YouTube, was released in March 2021.
Before entering music, the actor was known for numerous television and film appearances, where his career was launched with a role in a television series Nekdeb Law Olna Mabenhebesh (2013).
He was then offered roles in Al Walda Basha, Gabal Al Halal, Al Ahd (El Kalam El Mobah), Saraya Abdeen 2, Sabaa ‘Arwah, Nawaya Baree’a, Halawet El Dunya, Sou’ El Hareer, Sukkar Mor between other televisions. and film productions.
Maged began his artistic career in France, where he studied theater at the Regional Conservatory of the University of Metz from which he graduated in 2010.
