The estate hosts a coffee with Mayor John Erickson

Domain WeHo Apartments at 7141 Santa Monica Boulevard hosted a Coffee with the Mayor event on Saturday, May 4, 2024, with West Hollywood Mayor John Erickson. The event was hosted by West Hollywood Rent Stabilization Commissioners Richard Maggio, Historic Preservation Commissioner Lola Davidson and The Domain staff as part of a monthly meeting with the Mayor. Last month the event took place at Fan Girl Café.

The event featured live musical entertainment. Breakfast Republic provided pastries and coffee was from the local Starbucks near West Hollywood Gateway. Community members and residents of The Domain had the opportunity to speak with the Mayor as well as law enforcement in attendance and ask questions or raise concerns about issues important to them in the city.

Council member Sepi Shyne joined the mayor for coffee at the event. Also present were Public Safety Director Danny Rivas, West Hollywood Sheriff's Station deputies, block-by-block ambassadors, and city commissioners and board members.

Coffee with Mayor Erickson is a separate event from the meet-up he holds once a month on Saturdays in Plummer Park, where the mayor sets up a table at The Great Lawn and spends the morning greeting and speaking to residents. It’s his way of making himself accessible. Next Saturday at Plummer Park with John will be May 11th.
