ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The hearing of the 190 million pounds appeal against PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi has been postponed until tomorrow (Friday).

At this stage of the hearing, the defence lawyers cross-examine the last witness in the remand.

The hearing was conducted by Accountability Court Judge Nasir Javed Rana.

During the hearing, the PTI founder approached the podium twice and complained about restrictions on lawyers, family members and media representatives to reach him.

He also complained that he was not allowed to speak to his sons living abroad, urging the judge to seek a response from Deputy Superintendent Tahir Shah.

He asked that a specific day and time be set each week so that he could speak with his sons.

The lawyers of PTI founder Usman and Zaheer Abbas cross-examined the investigator.

The hearing on the bail application of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in the new Toshakhana case will also take place on Friday.
