From Wednesday April 17, 250,000 new tickets for the Olympic Games will go on sale

The countdown has begun! This Wednesday, April 17, there are just 100 days away from the long-awaited opening ceremony of the Olympic Games on July 26.

To kick off this final countdown and celebrate the milestone, Paris 2024 is offering an exceptional ticket sale on the official ticket website – tickets.paris2024.org – starting Wednesday, April 17 at 10am (CEST). Exceptional in terms of size and diversity of tickets.

On this occasion, more than 250,000 tickets for the Olympic Games will go on sale, for all sports on the program and all sessions! This will be the last ticket sale before the Games for all Olympic sports (31 sports of the 32 on the Paris 2024 programme, as surfing does not sell tickets).

Half of the new tickets on sale for 100 or less

More than half of the 250,000 new tickets will go on sale for 100 or less, including almost 20,000 tickets for 24, while sports previously advertised as sold out will again have one available.

In detail:

• 9,000 new tickets will go on sale for the equestrian events in the gardens of the Château de Versailles, ranging from 24 to 420. Includes:
  • The individual jumping final from 100
  • The 85 dressage medal session
• 15,000 for swimming at the Paris La Dfense Arena in Nanterre, ranging from 24 to 980. Includes:
  • The 400 meter medley heats of Lon Marchand, the French swimmer, on July 28 from 24.
  • The final of the 400 meter medley, scheduled for the evening of July 28, from 85.
• 10,000 for artistic gymnastics at the Bercy Arena, ranging from 24 to 690. Includes:
  • The final of the women's all-round competition on August 1, in which American star Simone Biles or home favorite Mlanie de Jesus Dos Santos could compete from 125.
• Athletics at the Stade de France ranging from 24 to 980. Includes:
  • The evening of August 5, when Armand Duplantis could go for his second Olympic title in the pole vault final, from 85.
• 35,000 for beach volleyball at the Eiffel Tower Stadium, ranging from 24 to 420
• 12,000 for tennis at Roland-Garros, ranging from 24 to 420
• 2,000 for judo at the Champ-de-Mars Arena (currently known as the Grand Palais Ephmre), ranging from 24 to 380. Includes:
  • Teddy Riner's final session (if he qualifies) from 275
  • Clarisse Agbegnenou's final session (if she qualifies) from 245
  • The final session of the 275 team event
• 2,000 for track cycling at the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines Velodrome, ranging from 24 to 380
• 12,000 for table tennis at the Paris Sud Arena (Porte de Versailles), ranging from 24 to 280. Including the team quarter-finals, where we hope to see the phenomenal Alexis and Flix Lebrun with the French team from 45 to 120.
• Finally, new tickets for the Ceremonies will go on sale, specifically for the opening ceremony on the Seine on July 26 at 90 am and for the closing ceremony at the Stade de France at 250 pm.

• 50% of the new tickets are priced at 100 euros or less

In addition, new tickets for team sports, including for football matches across France, will go on sale at all price points. All group matches for the French men's and women's football teams are available from 30.

About 60,000 tickets will be available for the group matches of the women's and men's tournament, which will take place in Lille, at the Stade Pierre Mauroy. This includes tickets to all US men's matches with their signature team, as well as other stars such as Frenchman Victor Wembanyama. For the match between the US and Serbia, which was previously sold out, tickets are available from 50.
