Victoria is organizing a huge international summer of Cricket
Victoria will see Ashes Fever Melbourne hit the NRMA Insurance Boxing Day test, while our national parties will both play India in Melbourne.
The international cricket schedule 2025-26 has been unveiled by Cricket Australia.
Cricket will be everywhere this summer with international competitions that are played in 11 cities and 14 locations during a season-on season for Australia's National Sport that spans eight months from August 2025 to March 2026.
After last year's record -breaking series against India, a historic test of Messrs Ashes awaits Boxing Day. Fans will gladly see that Australia defends the Ashes trophy that they have held since the 2017-18 season in a historic fight against England.
Moreover, Indias Mens Side returns to the Australian coasts for an exciting White-Ball series, with a human T20i match on the MCG on 31 October.
Summer will end with a ladies ODI, also against India, will be held in the Citipower Center on 1 March 2026.
All three games have been set to present some of the most exciting cricket on the international stage, with players of world class and fierce rivalry.

Large events such as the Ashes and Games Against India play a crucial role in driving our visitor economy, in which cricket fans fill our hotels, enjoy the hospitality scene of Melbournes and travel to Regional Victoria to see everything the state has to offer.
Last summer we saw a record-breaking crowd on the Christmas day test the highest visited test match ever alongside record hotel occupation, and we are expecting a huge boost for Victorias Economy this season.
