US shares 'devastating' Covid lab leak files with UK

Both the FBI and the U.S. Department of Energy have said they believe a lab leak is the most likely cause of COVID-19, while other agencies have said they believe it occurred naturally.

US President Joe Biden has said he does not know where the virus originated, and the US National Intelligence Council has said it is likely that the virus emerged last year and infected humans through initial small-scale exposure.
