Kangana Ranaut Agrees With Mahesh Babu, Says ‘Bollywood Definitely Can’t Afford It’ Amid Ongoing Debate
Popularly known for sharing her unfiltered opinions on controversial topics, actress Kangana Ranaut recently shared her opinion on Mahesh Babu’s controversial statement “Bollywood can’t afford” and amazed everyone by agreeing with the southern superstar. “He’s right, Bollywood can’t afford Mahesh Babu,” Kangana said while launching the second trailer for his upcoming movie ‘Dhaakad’.
As the southern actor’s comment split the internet sparking a new debate, Kangana backing Mahesh Babu and endorsing his statement shocked many Bollywood followers. But that was not all, as the ‘Queen’ actress explained when revealing that many filmmakers approached Mahesh Babu as he is an actor who single-handedly took the Telugu film industry to the top.

Moreover, Kangana continued, “Why create controversy over little things? If he said that in a certain context, I think it doesn’t make sense. or say how we want to convey our point of view but here’s one thing i think he showed respect for his work and his industry that’s why he got to where he is today and we can’t deny it.”
Along with supporting Mahesh Babu, the ‘Manikarnika’ actress also spoke about the ongoing language debate at the event. “I believe that all the languages of our country are equally respectable,” she added.

Meanwhile, Kangana’s upcoming project “Dhaakad” will feature the actress in a never-before-seen avatar. Directed by Razneesh Ghai, the action drama set to hit theaters on May 20, 2022 will also feature Arjun Rampal and Divya Dutta in key roles.
Besides ‘Dhaakad’, Kangana also has some interesting projects like ‘Tejas’, ‘Emergency’ and ‘The Incarnation-Sita’ in the pipeline.
