Michael B. Jordan is close to a sale on his fantastic house in Los Angeles Hollywood Hills.

The actor, who starred in Black Panther and “Creed,” listed the luxury retirement in March for $6,988,000. It is now awaiting sale.

Jordan, a California native, has been flexing his real estate muscle and will make a big profit if he gets the full price for the house, for which he paid $5.8 million in 2019.
