A University of Alabama football player is facing a lawsuit after allegedly fleeing the scene of a crash that seriously injured a Tuscaloosa man last year. The lawsuit alleges that the plaintiff, Timothy Moore, was passing the intersection of Jack Warner Parkway and Hackberry Lane on Oct. 1 when the driver's side of his vehicle was struck by Reed Harradine's, causing him to spin out. Harradine, a second-year placekicker for the Crimson Tide and Mountain Brook native, allegedly failed to yield to Moore's green light and “negligently, recklessly and/or willfully” attempted to make a left turn at the intersection.>> YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD: Community Coverage from WVTM 13 After the crash, Moore was transported by ambulance to DCH Medical Center for treatment of “serious physical injuries to his head, neck, back, shoulders and left side,” while Harradine is said to have left the area before police could arrive. A University of Alabama football player is facing a lawsuit after allegedly fleeing the scene of a crash that seriously injured a Tuscaloosa man last year.

The lawsuit alleges that the plaintiff, Timothy Moore, was passing the intersection of Jack Warner Parkway and Hackberry Lane on Oct. 1 when the driver's side of his vehicle was struck by Reed Harradine's, causing him to spin.
